A Healthy diet gives a quality of thoughts, which in turn gives you a healthy mind. People who eat healthy food will have good health and also great power to control their body.

These food habits will also reduce the chance of getting heart diseases, sugar, blood pressure and etc..

A healthy diet will not only give you health, but it will also give you a strong body and good structure if we follow the below simple tricks and tips.

1. Start Eating Good Fat

Start choosing your food wisely instead of filling your tummy with the food whichever is available to eat.

Include vegetables/leafy vegetables, fruits, low-fat dairy products, and whole grains in your daily food menu. If you are a south Indian you will definitely eat rice, which has more carbs. So eat less rice with more curry to avoid more carbohydrates.

Also, eat eggs, lean meat, fish, poultry and nuts.

Control you’re eating food quantity, Don’t eat till stomach full. Limit saturated fats and sweets.

whatever the food you are going to take eat fresh food selectively.

2. Slow Down While Eating

Take time while eating food. Chew and grind it nicely. if we eat slow, digestion will improve and greater satisfaction with our meals. Also, it helps to reduce weight easily.

If we slow obviously we eat less amount of food which in turn easily reduce our weight.

Eating fast will slow down the digestion time and also we eat more amount of food. which increases our weight gain.

3. Improve Intake Of Protein

Protein is very good for health. we can take daily 50gm protein daily for a healthy diet.

A  good protein diet includes eggs, almonds, yogurt, salads, cheese, protein powder shakes, milk, oats, broccoli, Lentils, pumpkin seeds, peanuts etc.

Protein will give us muscle power and reduce food cravings. it will also help you fit when you grow older.

4. Drink Enough Water

We always hear from doctors and elders to drink more water daily. its true and fact that drinking water will reduce our stress levels and tiredness, Also it flushes out toxins in our body.

Drinking water keeps our hydrated and gives you very good skin texture.

it improves the digestion process as well. Drink a glass of lukewarm water daily in the morning before eating anything will have a great impact on that day. it will make you feel light and active throughout the day.

Also, wash and gargle your teeth in the night with lukewarm water will give you good strength for our teeth

5. Reduce Eating Outside Of Carbohydrates

As we are in the busy life schedules, in most of the families both the parents are working and we have to depend on outside food at least once in a day. we eat whichever is available in hurry and which increases our body weight.

Start reading the food labels and combinations whatever we are going to eat and reduce the intake of sugar and starchy items like rice, baked potato varieties.

Include more vegetable salads and boiled veggies in the meal. Drink low-fat milk dairy products.

6. Start Eating Green Vegetables

Green vegetables are very good for your health. it contains vitamin B, which is very good for lining your gut and for your skin. it is also very essential for heart health.

Fights with diabetes and reduce the early aging effects. It also helps in removing toxins from the body.

we have to make sure to add green leafy vegetables in our food twice in a week.

7. Avoid Fast Foods

We are all so addictive to fast foods, especially in the evening times. To keep control of junk food, we have to know that, this was the main reason for the weight gain, food cravings and also mood swings.

We have to start replacing fast food with fruits, protein food, and salads. it may be difficult in the beginning but, once we start eating the healthy foods our junk and fast food cravings will drastically reduce.

Get more sleep and start doing morning exercises, walking or yoga. Healthy food gives you a good feeling and fresh thoughts.

8. Start Taking Olive Oil

Olive oil is very good for health. it contains healthy monounsaturated fats. It protects against heart diseases weight gain and obesity.

Extra virgin olive oil is very good for the health than the normal olive oil. if we keep in the salads it will taste you even more delicious.

Olive oil also prevents sudden brain strokes caused by blood flow to the brain.

9. Reduce Intake

Start taking the small portions of food intake instead of larger quantity at once. Do not eat until the stomach is completely full. Have food in between every 2 hours. which improves your good digestion.
