To be healthy, we have to be choosy while eating food.  Health is wealth, This proverb absolutely true because nowadays if we visit the doctor for simple problems, They make us scared and ask us to different medical tests. Which are very expensive.

So, Always be healthy and have a sound mind and strong body.  For that, there are easily available healthy foods which are listed below that everyone should have.

1. Milk

Drinking milk is very good for health. Milk contains essential nutrients that are good for health. it has calcium, protein, vitamins which are very good for health.

Drink a glass of milk daily in the morning time gives good soft skin and as well.

Drinking the hot milk during the bedtime gives us good sleep and relaxation for muscles.
